It sounds cliché but it's true. I obtained my Pennsylvania Real Estate License in 2006 but continued to work full time as an Information Systems Specialist for a major pharmaceutical company. Years later, in 2014, I was fortunate enough to be able to leave the corporate world and devote all of my time to helping Buyers, Sellers, and Investors realize their Real Estate dreams. Every transaction is a story... I've celebrated with buyers closing on their very first homes. I've worked with overseas buyers returning to the US after years abroad. I've assisted sellers through the downsizing process and home sales so they could retire to warmer climates. I've aided young entrepreneurs ready to purchase investment properties and take on the role of landlord. I've even worked with landlords who decided the time was right to unload one or more of their rental properties.
