           Bucks County Real Estate Market: Strong Demand Continues

           The Bucks County housing market remains highly competitive in 2026. During the first quarter, the average home price reached $591,000, reflecting a 1% increase over last year.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

            Hilltown Township experienced a 29% increase

            Doylestown Township saw sales rise by 21%

           Montgomery County continues to show remarkable strength, with average home prices climbing to $546,000—a 6% year-over-year increase.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Standout communities include:
